We are Platinum.

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the School Games Platinum Award for the 2023-2024 academic year. 

This wouldn’t have been made possible without the dedication of all staff, supporting all pupils in lessons, in after-school clubs and at competitions. 

We are also extremely proud of our playground leaders from Year 5 and Year 6, who have worked tirelessly this year, ensuring that playtime and lunch sporting activities take place, enabling us to offer 60 active minutes each day. They have been led extremely well by our incredible Sports Leaders, Lucy, Evie and Finley C, who have ensured pupils fulfil their roles, set up games for lessons and clubs and attended council meeting with other schools to improve sport. 

They also successfully launched and delivered our playground champions initiative, challenging pupils in each year group to run faster, throw further and jump higher than they ever have.

We are also extremely proud of all our pupils who have competed in intra and inter school competitions this year. Their dedication to all aspects of school sport is inspiring and would children are developing lifelong, healthy habits. 

I would also like to thank all our amazing parents, grandparents and other family members, who have supported us throughout the year. We couldn’t have achieved this without total support of our school community.
