Our Farm Shop

Class: Class 2 Year: 2018 - 2019

Class 2 have been busy making preparations for their Farm Shop. They have been growing seeds in our "Garden In a Glove" investigation. Herbs and tomatoes have been grown on from seeds and lots of fruits and vegetables have been planted in the outdoor garden. Here's hoping our asparagus, carrots, raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, tomatoes, radishes, broad beans, carrotrs and peas  all grow in time for "Our Farm Shop" - a stall Class 2 hope to have at Summer Fayre. We have also made some delicious, spicy tomato and apple chutney. Plum jam and marmalade are in the plans for next term, along with pickled vegetables. Fingers crossed the weather is kind to us!
