How kind are our class?

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Class 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

Our school value this half term is 'Kindness'. In Class One, we spend a lot of time talking about what we can do to be a happy person and make others happy along the way. After discussing ways to be kind, we decided to make some spooky biscuits to share with others in school. 

Together we found the ingredients and wrote our own instructions to follow. The children weighed, seived, mixed, cracked, rolled, and cut the ingredients themselves. After baking them in the oven, the children then made the icing to drizzle over the top.

When the biscuits were ready, the children then handed them out to someone they wanted to show an act of kindness to.
