Our two final main courses today and both were outstanding, receiving top marks from our Head Judge, Chef Brearley. So, today we were served; Creamy Salmon Tagliatelle from the Forbidden Fruits, with a sauce made from scratch, and Herby Salmon on a bed of Greek salad, from the Meal Dealers. The presentation of all the mains has been outstanding, matched by the taste. Desserts next week and the competition is really neck and neck.
