As part of Science Week, Class 2 took the yeast experiment a step further to investigate how yeast works scientifically in the bread making process. It promoted lots of scientific discussions about how yeast works; why we knead to knead and why we knead to leave bread to prove. The results were delicious. Young, energetic new contestants bready for "The Great British Bake Off?"
