Black History Month

Class: Class 1 Year: 2021 - 2022

This month we have been celebrating black history month. The children created artwork inspired by the artist Alma Woodsey. Cheeky the monkey has been to the Caribbean! He returned with some delicious treats for us! All of the children enjoyed some Jamaican ginger cake and some Old Jamician ginger beer. We danced to Caribbean music and made some Carribean head dresses.
