Lesson: Understanding the World

Class: Class 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

This week we have focussed on learning about China. The children have learned numbers to 10 in Chinese and have even learned to write their name. We talked about the landmarks in China and the history behind them. The children loved listening to traditional music and performing a routine. We made a Chinese dragon during our forest school session that we performed to the parents. The children agreed that the most exciting part of learning about China, was to taste all the food!
