Y5/6 Football Match vs St Thomas the Martyr

Our Y5 and Y6 boys played a superb match against St Thomas the Martyr last week.  It was a close game with Crawford winning the match 4-2.  All the boys from both teams displayed a great team spirit. Well done to all involved.  Some of the boys wrote up a short match report following the event:

On Thursday the 16th of May 2019, St Thomas the Martyr played against Crawford Village Primary School.
The match took place at 3:30pm and the match ended at 4:45pm. 
The match was very intense and unluckily St Thomas scored first, but then Edward scored an amazing goal.
St Thomas then restored their lead after the second half - that’s when Edward scored two more and then Sami scored a goal (that was unintentional!) as he tried to pass to Jack to put the cherry on top. Mr Roscoe was the referee.
