General Election in Class 2

To coincide with the UK General Election, the children in Class 2 had a go at exercising their voting rights today.  Next Thursday, we will be having a 'Movie Morning' with popcorn and treats so we watched the 'manifestos' of three Christmas Movies and then made our own personal choices. The children lined up at the voting booths and marked their ballot papers with a cross. Then, they posted their slips into the ballot box. This was carefully transported to an independent adjudicator for counting. The results will be announced tomorrow morning.
